Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using Delphi. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Delphi is an AI thinking companion that generates responses to what you type. Replies are produced by an automated language model.

AI content — important

Delphi’s replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are for reflection and general information only, and are not professional advice — not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on them for important decisions, and seek a qualified professional where appropriate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Delphi to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise objectionable;
• attempt to extract secrets, bypass usage limits, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report objectionable AI output using the report option in the app or by emailing contact@jimmyzhang.org; we review reports and may remove content or restrict access. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Subscriptions

• Delphi offers a free tier with a monthly usage allowance, and an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks a higher monthly allowance for US$1.99 per month (price may vary by region).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the app’s output.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
